Whilst every care is taken Escape Velocity for Business cannot and does not guarantee or warrant to you that files available for downloading through our website or delivered via e-mail will be free of infection from viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other malicious code. You agree that you are responsible for implementing adequate data protection and security processes and procedures to protect your data and associated systems. This includes appropriate backup procedures to ensure the recovery of any lost data. Escape Velocity for Business recommends the use of appropriate firewall, file scanning and backup software to suit your particular environment and circumstances.
