We do change management differently.

As we indicated on our Cultural Change page 70 to 80% of cultural change programs fail. So we don’t offer cultural change programs or workshops in the traditional sense. We offer Service Profit Chain (SPC) implementations and are more than happy when conducting our SPC workshops to weave into our explanations about what the SPC is all about and how it works, the need for change and what we expect the culture of the organisation to look like as the SPC is implemented.

If we and our customer (you and your business) think it is necessary we will use a program called “Who Moved My Cheese” to help people understand the need for change when that need isn’t immediately obvious.

So whilst we are happy to run change management workshops, from our perspective they need to be part of a broader change program. Our non-traditional Change Management programs are charged based on our daily consulting rates.
